RESIDENTIAL APPRAISALS
We provide a range of residential appraisal services including for marital separation (asset division), estate settlement (probate), capital gains calculation and standard market value appraisals.
APPRAISAL REVIEW
Appraisal review is often referred to as "appraising the appraisal". Our appraisal review services include technical desk reviews and technical field reviews suitable for negotiation, settlement or litigation support.
PRIVATE LENDING
We understand the risk investors face with equity based financing and ensure that lenders have the information they need to make prudent lending decisions. Our private lending appraisals are completed based on Home Trust appraisal requirements.
POWER OF SALE
We understand the unique position and obligations in power of sale situations. Our detailed appraisal reports provide in-depth property information and accurate values to ensure the mortgagee has the information they need.
RELOCATION APPRAISAL
We provide detailed appraisals to both corporations and relocation management companies to assist with the relocation process. Our appraisals are completed using the CERC residential appraisal form or the standard AIC report format, based on client requirements.
MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT
We provide CUSPAP compliant appraisals for a wide range of machinery and equipment assets. We can assist with machinery and equipment appraisals for financing purposes, insurance, liquidation, taxation and more.
