Sean founded Apex Appraisal and has been in the real estate industry for more than 17 years. He is a CRA designated appraiser and has been a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 2011.

He has completed thousands of appraisal assignments for mortgage lending, estate settlement, marital separation, capital gains, relocation and power of sale.

Sean is also a member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and a designated CERC Relocation Specialist™.

He is the current Chair of the AIC Ontario Oshawa/Durham Chapter and serves on the AIC Ontario Leadership Development and Nominations Committee.

Tina Carbonara

Tina has been a member of the AIC since 2013 and has completed a wide range of appraisal assignments for a variety of clients, including financial institutions and private homeowners.

Services include both full and drive-by appraisals, new construction, progress and final inspection reports, marital separation, capital gains, estate settlement, relocation, first time home buyer incentive repayment and more.

Tina has also been an award winning member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) for many years and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the team.
